new Client Policy
We are excited to meet you! In order to reserve your appointment, we ask that new customers coming for the first time pay an initial deposit of 50% of their services. This deposit will go towards your final balance after your services are completed.
Deposits are to be made via zelle or venmo at (941)787-6183
The remaining balance can be paid via cash, zelle, venmo, or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your business! We understand that your plans can change, and ask that you please inform us of any changes or cancellations BEFORE 24 hours of your appointment start time.
Cancellations made with LESS than 24 hour notice will lose their deposit, and a new deposit will be required when rebooking.
Cancellations made with MORE than 24 hour notice will be allowed one reschedule before a new deposit is required.
